Bo Tyler

Bo Tyler is the JLL Nashville Team co-founder. As the organization’s co-leader and the office team’s Executive Managing Director, he serves the growth of individuals and organizations alike. Bo specializes in representing and advising tenants in strategic decisions to optimize their corporate real estate portfolio. His unique expertise in the market is in creative office space leasing, portfolio optimization and talent retention/attraction real estate strategy. Prior to working with JLL, Bo worked for Eakin Partners, a local commercial brokerage firm, since 2006. His portfolio of landlord representation included more than 1,000,000 square feet of office product, including Burton Hills I and II in Green Hills, Fifth Third Center and Cummins Station. Notable clients he has served include: CapStar Bank, Brasfield & Gorrie, Dye Van Mol and Lawrence, Amstar Group, Oreck, D2C Management, Navihealth, WSquared and CHS.
