Bo Grisham

Bo began his career in Birmingham in 1984 with Engel Realty Company. With a passion for architecture and preservation, in 1985, Bo was fortunate to have the opportunity to act as Development Coordinator for the first downtown loft project ever completed in Birmingham: The Wooster Lofts. After his success with that project, he was recruited by the Sloss Development Group—where he worked on the historic Dr. Pepper Building office renovation among others in the burgeoning days of the Lakeview District. He then worked as a broker representing Landlords and tenants for 11 years at Southpace Properties. In 2002 he joined Brookmont Realty Group as a partner to lead its Brokerage Division, until Brookmont merged with Graham & Company in January of 2020.
