Blake Zamudio

I joined Colliers International back in May of 2017 and focused my efforts on helping tenants in Silicon Valley find and lease office space. I recently decided to shift my focus to tenant representation joining the Colliers San Francisco Peninsula Office as a member of the Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) team. I am excited about the opportunity to work with one of the most accomplished tenant representation teams at Colliers and continue to build upon my skillset. I have first-hand knowledge of the real estate needs of fast growing start-ups to enterprise technology companies. I transitioned to Colliers after a very successful career in technology sales at a notable Silicon Valley company called Marketo, who was recently acquired by Adobe. My experience allows me to effectively guide clients through the entire deal process while helping to match their real estate needs with company objectives. I am an avid traveler. I spent five weeks exploring Western Europe and two months traveling through Southeast Asia. Over my three-month adventure, I visited 14 countries including Croatia, Germany, Ireland, the UK, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines and many more. Excursions and highlights were comprised of witnessing the incredible temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia, sunrise volcano hikes in Bali, Oktoberfest in Munich, and scuba diving in Thailand, just to name a few. Sports are also a passion as I greatly enjoy breaking away to the mountains to go snowboarding or hiking. I also get my competitive juices flowing by playing and watching football, baseball, basketball and hockey. Beyond sports, I have fun attending concerts and spending time with friends and family.
