Blake Tagmyer

Blake is Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Net Lease Group, which is recognized as a market leader in the sale of net-leased investment properties nationwide. In industry veteran, Blake has transacted in over 45 states with transaction volume exceeding $4B. He has an extensive track record in representing build-to-suit developers, institutions and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant properties. Blake maintains intimate market knowledge of national market trends and valuations, and has experience in asset underwriting, 1031 exchange transactions and portfolio analysis. Blake graduated with Honors from the University of California, San Diego and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and minor in real estate. While attending UCSD, Blake played baseball for the Tritons, earning All-American recognition and the Athlete of the Year award.
