Blake Steele
Blake Steele is an Analyst for the firm’s Houston office who focuses on land and industrial acquisitions and dispositions. He provides clients with sensible real estate solutions for the purchase and/or sale of land in the Houston area that is ideal for vertical development. Blake gained valuable brokerage experience during his internship with a national commercial real estate firm in Houston where he conducted market and demographic research and provided updated lease comps and building stacks. While studying at Texas Tech University, Blake served as Executive Vice President of the Real Estate Organization (REO) and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon where he organized major yearly events and managed the budget for the organization.
