Blake Phippen

Blake joined TOK Commercial’s Eastern Idaho brokerage team in 2023 following a successful professional career based in sales, operations and client-relationship management. Blake’s clients benefit significantly from his experience in all aspects of commercial brokerage - including, landlord, tenant, buyer and seller representation for projects ranging from land sales to office building lease-ups. Mentored by some of the most accomplished and well-known commercial real estate minds in the western region of the U.S. and Idaho, he has built a strong foundation in commercial real estate. He has taken on a depth of knowledge from a discipline of different specialties, fields and industries throughout commercial real estate. Blake values the opportunity to actively participate in the growth path for Eastern Idaho through his commercial real estate assignments and is excited to positively impact the community where he was born and raised. Blake assists clients with the following: Market competition studies Seller & Landlord representation Prospecting Broker Price Opinions Buyer & Tenant representation Lease renewals and negotiations Contract negotiation Property tours Blake resides with his wife and two children in Idaho Falls, where they love to spend time outdoors, and visit their cabin in Island Park. When he’s not in the office, or coaching high school sports, you can find Blake golfing or riding dirt-bikes, ATV’s or snowmobiles with his family. Blake coaches both the Varsity Football and Varsity Boy’s Basketball teams at Hillcrest High School.
