Blake Grable

Blake specializes in office real estate solutions for both local and national companies. He is an Associate at Transwestern’s Fort Worth office, working directly under Principal Kirk Kelly. In his role, Blake performs all aspects of representation, including market research analysis, strategic planning, site evaluation and selection, site tours, proposal requests, and comparative analysis. Prior to Transwestern, Blake worked for William Morris Endeavor, a talent agency where he represented PGA Tour professionals. In previous roles Blake has held business development roles for Texas Christian University as well as the Toro Company. Blake brings a unique background of sales and account management that allows him to service all of his client’s needs. Blake received his Bachelor’s of Science and Master's of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Professional.
