Blake Bartley

Blake Bartley is an urban real estate specialist with an in-depth knowledge of neighborhood revitalization strategies, property positioning, and tenant recruitment. As a landlord representative, Blake has led commercial tenant recruitment efforts for over one hundred million dollars’ worth of mixed-use infill developments throughout Greater Cincinnati, including both historic redevelopment and new construction. As a Tenant representative, Blake’s clients include some of Cincinnati’s most notable up and coming talent in the hospitality industry. He also is experienced in acquisition and disposition of commercial investment properties and large-scale property portfolios. A graduate of DAAP, and trained as an Urban Planner, Blake was proud to have his Senior Thesis referenced as a case study of a view shed compromising development south of Eden Park. Before joining Urban Fast Forward, he spent several years as a design professional, with a special expertise in visualizing real estate developments, and was recognized as one of the top visualization artists in the world. Wanting to get back to his urban planning roots and build on his passion for cities, Mr. Bartley now works to create positive change in cities and urban neighborhoods.
