Blake Barnett

Bryan currently holds the position of Vice President in the Atlanta office of Wiedmayer & Co. Previously Vice President at CBRE, his primary focus is on the valuation of multi-housing properties including conventional apartments, affordable housing facilities (LIHTC and Section 8), student housing, and active adult rental housing. Although he specializes in multi-housing, his previous valuation experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including community, power and strip shopping centers; single- and multi-tenant office buildings; healthcare facilities and medical office buildings; industrial warehouse, manufacturing and distribution facilities; and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining CBRE, Bryan was Valuation Services Director for the Atlanta office of Colliers International. Bryan received his Bachelors in entrepreneurship and finance from Mercer University and his MBA in real estate and finance from the University of Georgia. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute.
