Prior to joining Partners, Blake honed his expertise through roles at Waller Group Capital, Quick and Co. Commercial Realty and the boutique private equity firm, Bochi Investments. These experiences provided him with valuable insights into real estate markets and the ability to identify profitable investment opportunities. He is a seasoned expert in multifamily real estate, specializing in Class B and C apartment properties nationwide, with a strong focus on the Dallas, Houston, and Arkansas markets.
