Billy Osherow

Active in the industry since 1986, Billy has most recently been leading the leasing and marketing of Endeavor’s Domain NORTHSIDE project, including its Rock Rose dining and entertainment district. His leasing transactions at Domain NORTHSIDE have included Design Within Reach, Saint Bernard, Sprinkle’s Cupcakes, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Filson, Marine Layer and Warby Parker. At Rock Rose, which was named “Best Retail Development of 2016” by the Austin Business Journal, Billy brought together best-in-class retailers and restaurants that include 24 Diner, Sway, Bird’s Barbershop, Dogwood, Lavaca Street Bar – Turf `n Surf Po Boys, Jack & Ginger’s, St. Genevieve, Velvet Taco, East Side King Thai-Kun and Viva Day Spa. Billy was also responsible for the acquisition, repositioning and redevelopment of Endeavor’s 6555 Burnet Road project, which combines the award-winning restaurant concepts Barley Swine, Bufalina Pizza and Lick Honest Ice Creams. In addition, he was primarily responsible for the leasing of the largest single shopping center in Austin, Endeavor’s 1.6 million SF Southpark Meadows project from 2004-2014. In recent years, Billy has negotiated over 950 lease and sale transactions with a total face value of more than $600 million, encompassing over 3 million SF of space. In 2015, he received the Austin Business Journal ‘Heavy Hitter’ award as the city’s top retail broker.
