Bill Warren

Birmingham native, Bill Warren married Patty Bevill of Jasper in 1982. They have one daughter, Louisa, a dentist, who is married and has blessed them with three wonderful grandchildren. A lifelong real estate investor, Bill turned his passion into a profession, launching his career as a commercial real estate agent in 1999. He enjoys working with clients to list, buy, and sell commercial properties in and around Birmingham, and he has also been highly effective in the rural land market. Affiliations and Memberships: Canterbury United Methodist Church, Kiwanis Club of Birmingham, President and founder of The Private Lakes and Ponds Owners of Central Alabama. Hobbies include fishing, some golf but mostly grandparenting!
