Bill Wareing

Bill was founding Partner of Wareing & Company in 2001 and has been practicing commercial real estate in Warwickshire since 1977. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984 and became Director of Locke & England Black Horse Commercial in 1987, and subsequently Partner / Director of Oliver Liggins from 1992 to 2000. Since 2001, Wareing & Company has practiced as an independent firm of commercial property consultants. Bill handles all sectors of commercial property throughout the West Midlands and Warwickshire from agency to landlord and tenant and planning consultancy.
