
Bill represents tenants in the leasing of office, medical, flex and industrial space in the Greater Washington DC region and nationally. He also represents landlords in the region. Bill’s role is to source new business and provide excellent service and expertise to existing and new clients. Bill helped to launch ROSSI Commercial Real Estate. Bill’s prior work was at a national commercial real estate firm in which he and Brian Rossi were a team and specialized in tenant advisory services and landlord advisory services. Earlier work included being a Vice President of Sales and new product development at American Filing Systems. Bill was in charge of government accounts such as FDA, NIH, SAMHSA, CDC, HRSA, PSC, Capitol Police, and many more. Bill worked close with the decision makers at HHS and helped with valuable information in space planning. Bill has designed and provided systems for HRSA, FDA, and PSC at the 5600 Fishers Lane building. Bill works with companies such as: Whole Foods, Core Source Technologies, Shepherd Electric, American Lumber Standard Committee, Inc. (ALSC), Vanadium Group, RRD International, Split Rock LLC., Everon Technology Services, Xcel HR, Sirens Media, Systex, Briley Group, Guardian Realty, Secure Record Storage, Keller Williams Realty, and many more.
