Bill Sugden

Bill joined Azose Commercial Properties in 2015 as a Property Manager. He manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and provides tenant relations, vendor negotiations and hiring, coordination of TI’s and capital improvements, and budget preparation and analysis. Responsive to owners, tenants, and vendors, Bill prides himself on being available when needed and providing excellent customer service. He has strong organizational skills and a tremendous work ethic. Bill has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and holds a Master of Arts degree from Seattle University. He worked for over 10 years in public education as a counselor and coach to high school students because of his passion to help others. That passion carries over to his career in commercial real estate and Property Management and he loves what he does. He holds a Washington State Real Estate Broker’s License and lives in the greater Seattle area.
