Bill Sharkey

KW Commercial Global Partners is thrilled to welcome their newest associate, William “Bill” Sharkey, to its ever-growing team of professionals. Bill is a licensed real estate professional in Pennsylvania, where he has been committed to providing exceptional service and advice to his commercial real estate clients. Bill recognized a rare opportunity in the fall of 2022 to join KW Commercial, one of the fastest-growing commercial real estate firms in North America, and the commercial arm of Keller Williams Realty, the number one real estate franchise in the world. Bill has vast experience in the industrial, office, multi-family, and retail markets, along with land development and investment real estate, so the opportunity to join KW was the logical choice to advance his career. “KW Commercial’s innovative technology, and cutting-edge marketing tools will allow me to continue to serve my clients at the highest level and give me the chance to expand the markets I serve”, said Sharkey. Prior to joining KW Commercial Global Partners, Bill worked at Green Street Commercial Real Estate, where he served his community and helped grow the firm’s revenue and territory. Bill worked with local business owners and fortune 500 firms alike, bringing his unique blend of insight and determination for success during his time at GSRE. Early in his career, Sharkey worked in printing and publishing where he established himself as a leader and innovator, and then continued to hone his business development and sales experience working for State Farm Insurance where he thrived helping his local community with their business and personal insurance needs. Bill and his wife Jeanmarie raised their four children in Upper Dublin Township. For more than 30 years he’s been a community service leader in Philadelphia and Upper Dublin as an athletic coach, Board of Director in multiple youth sports organizations and CYO director at Queen of Peace Parrish. Bill continues to coach at the youth level in Lacrosse and Basketball and scholastic level in football at Upper Dublin High School. Bill most enjoys quiet nights at home with his family in front of the fireplace, and summer trips to the beach and fishing. An avid sports fan, devoted husband and father, Bill’s ethics and successes serve as an example for everyone he works with.
