Bill Sandridge serves as Vice Chairman at CBRE, bringing more than 25 years of experience in corporate real estate and a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions for global portfolios. Joining CBRE in June 2026, Bill leverages his extensive expertise in tenant representation, landlord agency, and portfolio advisory services to guide clients through complex, high-value transactions across office and industrial sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, Bill has successfully led numerous domestic and international portfolio assignments, executed significant build-to-suit projects, advised on major development initiatives, and managed large-scale dispositions. Prior to joining CBRE, he spearheaded the leasing of office and industrial properties for the state’s largest regional REIT, helped establish a southeastern brokerage and development office in Raleigh, and led the JLL Raleigh office for five years following multiple mergers from a boutique tenant advisory firm. His leadership and client-focused approach have earned him top producer recognition for eighteen consecutive years, along with numerous awards for client satisfaction and performance excellence. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Known for his strategic vision, market insight, and steadfast dedication to client objectives, he continues to deliver outcomes that support long-term business success on a global scale.
