Bill Pradat

Bill specializes in representing office tenants, providing advisory services, financial analysis, and market expertise to his clients. He is also directly responsible for the brokerage department and oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, which includes a property management portfolio of approximately 6.2 million square feet of office, industrial, medical and retail space throughout the greater Birmingham area and Alabama. Bill has been in the real estate industry since 1984. His previous experience includes responsibility for the marketing and leasing of a 1,654-acre, mixed-use commercial development in suburban Birmingham. He also served as Senior Vice President for Colonial Properties Trust, a New York Stock Exchange REIT, headquartered in Birmingham. Bill has a B.A. and an M.A. from The University of Alabama and an MBA from Samford University. Among his professional activities, he serves on the Executive Committee for the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance and is an active member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has served as a National Board Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). In addition, he is actively involved in the community and is currently a member of the Crippled Children’s Foundation Board. Other activities have included leadership roles with the Birmingham Kiwanis Club (President), the Monday Morning Quarterback Club (Captain), and the Emmett O’Neal Library Foundation Board (Chair).
