With over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, he has an extensive record of providing comprehensive real estate solutions with a specialty in multi-unit roll out expansion plans for Regional and National Tenants. Prior to joining Woolbright, Bill was a Vice President at Stiles Retail Group and Senior Broker at The Rotella Group. His past and present client roster comprises institutional, national and regional landlords including: PDQ, Chipotle, Pollo Tropical, Wendy's and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
