Bill O'Connor

Bill has been an active professional in the Commercial Real Estate Industry since 1984. He exclusively represents tenants, and has done so for more than 27 years. Bill’s refined analytical abilities and superior negotiation skills are attributed to an educational background in economics, business and mathematics at the University of Western Ontario, where he obtained an Honors Degree in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business in 1984. Bill was one of a few agents who initiated exclusive tenant representation in Toronto in the mid 1980’s at a small tenant-representation firm. However, Bill joined a full service firm in 1989 to provide wider geographic coverage and a much broader scope of services and resources to his tenant clients.
