Mr. Langhenry is a Principal of National Realty Partners – a real estate marketing and consultation firm based in Dallas, Texas, and Managing Director of National Appraisal Group. In the real estate profession in Dallas since 1983, Mr. Langhenry has extensive experience in the marketing, acquisition, leasing, development, valuation and management of a wide range of investment properties. Sales transactions have included retail, industrial, office, condominium developments, multi-family residential and ranches. National real estate assignments have included properties in 20 states – Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Vermont. Determined creditworthiness of commercial borrowers by means of detailed financial statement analysis. Also engaged in the areas of collateral review, loan pricing and loan grading.
