With more than 40 years of experience in local real estate, Bill stands out as one of the top producing realtors in Marin County and was honored in 2021 with the International President's Premier award for being in CB Northern California top 100 agents! Bill started his real estate career after earning his bachelor's degree in environmental planning and management from the University of California, Davis in 1978 and began his real estate career in 1979. He affiliated with Frank Howard Allen realtors in Greenbrae in 1982, earned his broker's license two years later and built up a successful business over the next 31 years before transitioning to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Throughout his career, Bill has gained extensive experience working with new construction, existing homes, apartment units, land sales, probate sales, family trust sales and short sales. He has in-depth knowledge of all phases of real estate sales, negotiations, marketing and development, and has put together a professionally trained sales team which includes a full-time licensed sales associate to ensure a smooth transaction process for each of his clients.
