His daily responsibilities include consulting and strategy implementation, market research, site selection, negotiation, financial analysis, and lease or purchase contract negotiations on behalf of his clients. He is also responsible for actively and aggressively marketing his clients’ space for disposition. Bill brings a unique background to the negotiating table having not only successfully marketed millions of square feet of properties for both private and institutional owners, but he has also run seven national corporate real estate portfolios and served as a commercial property manager. His experience and knowledge allow him to effectively and creatively structure competitive / aggressive transactions on his clients' behalf. Bill is a member of JLL’s Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions practice group and has consistently been recognized as a top performer including being a Top Gun on multiple occasions, the highest-level production honor within the company.
