Bill Greenlee

Bill is the principal and president of ROI Realty Services, Inc. He oversees all operational and marketing activities for ROI. His experience includes property acquisition, disposition, development, tenant representation and landlord/investor representation with an emphasis on the purchase and sale of commercial buildings and land. His real estate career began in 1987. He co-founded ROI in 1991 after spending several years working in development and general brokerage. Bill’s sales and marketing career began at Ralston Purina Company after graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics. He was a district manager.
