Bill Graham

Bill Graham serves as Managing Director for Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates Graham Group selling office, retail, multifamily, industrial and land properties in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin and East Texas. He has more than 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Sperry Commercial, Graham was with another National CRE group and prior to that he served as the president of his own development firm where he was responsible for some of the most innovative projects in East Texas including office, retail, medical, residential and land developments valuing more than $40 million. Graham designed, built, leased and managed properties, acting as managing partner in numerous equity partnerships. While with his previous National CRE sales company he was ranked number 3 in the Central US, number 1 in Texas and with Sperry Commercial he was ranked in the top 10 in national sales. Graham is a past national director of the National Association of Home Builders, past state director of the Texas Association of Builders and past president of the East Texas Home Builder Association. He has also served his community in many ways including six years as a board member for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and served for two years as president of the six county CASA being instrumental in bringing together the Sheriffs Department, Police Department and Child Protective Services Agency to create the first Child Advocacy Center in his area. Graham earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
