Bill Durrell
Bill Durrell is a graduate of Clemson University with an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration. Bill spent 15 years in banking, specializing in commercial real estate lending, followed by 10 years in real estate sales management. Prior to joining Lee & Associates—Greenville, Bill was the owner of a full service real estate brokerage, which specialized in new home sales consulting and residential development properties. In his spare time, Bill enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time with his family. He has served on a variety of charitable and professional boards throughout the Carolinas, including the NAHB, the Greenville HBA, Habitat for Humanity, Robert Morris Associates and the Institute of Residential Marketing.
