Bill Broms

As Modiv’s Chief Investment Officer, Bill Broms leverages his extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, finance, strategy, underwriting, asset management, and dispositions in guiding investment strategy for the company. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of BRIX REIT from 2019 until 2022. Previously, Mr. Broms founded and led Realty Dividend, LLC, an investment firm that developed net-lease assets and invested in single- and multi-family properties. Additionally, Mr. Broms structured acquisition sale-leaseback capital for leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations for Cole Real Estate Investments (now part of Realty Income Corporation) and Realty Income Corporation. Mr. Broms holds a B.S. in Finance from the Geis College of Business at the University of Illinois and an MBA from Regis University.
