A licensed broker in North Carolina since 2005, Bill has been involved with sales, leasing, and investment in commercial real estate throughout North and South Carolina both as a buyer and tenant representative, and as the listing, marketing and sales broker of all kinds of commercial properties, including apartment buildings, office buildings, retail centers, and land for development. He is well-versed and experienced in handling 1031 exchange transactions, up to and including a $32M, tax-deferred 1031 exchange into a portfolio of seven triple net leased commercial properties. For some 30 years up to 2005, Bill was involved in management and as owner/operator and consultant to many restaurants, bars, hotels, country clubs and other hospitality-related businesses throughout the United States, Europe, and Japan.
