Bill Bonifas is an Executive Vice President with CB Richard Ellis. As a former Principal of the Polacheck Company and Polacheck Property Management Corp., (prior to being acquired by CB Richard Ellis) Bill founded Polacheck’s highly successful Office Properties Group. He is a past President of the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin and a former board member of the Wisconsin Association of Realtors. During his 28 year tenure with Polacheck, he completed some of the Midwest’s largest and most challenging office transactions, including the sale of the US Bank Center for $205,000,000, Brown Deer Business Park, Plaza East, 250 Plaza, 735 North Water, and other landmark properties. He has been selected as the exclusive agent for Milwaukee’s premier properties, including the US Bank Center, 1000 North Water, Plaza East Office Center and Told’s Crossroad Corporate Center. Bill has acted as a tenant representative for US Bank, General Electric, Robert W. Baird, Foley and Lardner, and many other fine firms. His team has recently leveraged their local expertise into national account work for US Bank, GE Healthcare and others. Bill has recently been appointed head of Global Corporate Services for the state of Wisconsin. The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, National Real Estate Investor, Real Estate Forum, USA Today, and many other publications have published his research and comments.
