Bill Berry
Mr. Berry is a commercial real estate specialist with over 20 years of diverse investment and management experience. He is responsible for overseeing all of Somerset’s property management operations and is a key member of the firm’s senior management team, focusing on strategic planning and investment analysis. Mr. Berry joined Somerset from Hunt Investment Management where he was the asset manager for a $600 million, 16-property portfolio comprised of office & retai l properties, and 2,300 multi-family apartment units. Prior to his time with Hunt, Mr. Berry spent seven years with Capmark Investments, and five years with Legg Mason Real Estate Services working on asset management assignments. Mr. Berry started his career as a mortgage loan underwriter for Allfirst Financial. Mr. Berry received an MBA degree from Villanova University and a B.A. degree from James Madison University.
