Bill is a second-generation owner of Almon Commercial Real Estate, having originally begun working with the company in 2000 and having acquired it in 2012. He spends the entirety of his efforts on sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties, working exclusively in the greater Yakima market area and has established himself as a local market expert. By focusing only on the greater Yakima market areas, he feels he’s able to maintain a necessary level of expertise and can offer the most value to his clients and projects.
