Bill Adair

Bill Adair joined JLL Nashville in January 2015 as a part of the office leasing team, heading up landlord representation for the Nashville office. Over the course of his 4 year tenure with the firm, Bill has built sustainable institutional relationships which has resulted in a dramatic increase in the number of office buildings in the JLL Nashville portfolio. Bill attributes leasing success to unique leasing strategies based on ownership objectives and buildings’ value proposition. Bill came to JLL after nine years with Alex S. Palmer & Company, a Nashville based office developer where he served as the Vice President of marketing and leasing. During his time there, Bill oversaw all leasing efforts related to new office developments as well as their existing leasing portfolio. In addition to company assets, Bill was the direct point of contact for all third party leasing efforts for institutional ownership. Bill has completed over 3.0 million square feet in leases in the Nashville market. His leasing expertise covers both existing Class A office buildings in the major submarkets of Nashville and preleasing related to new office development and adaptive reuse projects. Bill earned his M.B.A. (2006) from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management with a concentration in real estate and finance. Bill received his B.A. and B.S (2000). degrees in history and psychology from Vanderbilt University.
