Bilijack R. Bell

Bilijack began his real estate journey at New South in 1995 after barely graduating from Elon College. He began by knocking on doors and handing out business cards, tracking tenants lease expirations, growth and real estate requirements. This gave him intimate real time understandings of the nuances and trends necessary to successfully help his clients realize exceptional value and insight in their real estate decisions, be that developers, landlords or tenants. In his real estate career Bilijack has acquired many awards including: ACBR Lifetime Member, Phoenix and Silver Phoenix Awards, 2012 Realtor of the Year, 2023 #3 Top Industrial Landlord Producer, 2024 #2 Land Producer. He also has membership to NAIOP-Georgia where he was a past board member and past Developing Leader, as well as NAIOP National Research Foundation Board of Governors and Trustee, Business Park Development Forum, and Past Developing Leader Forum. Bilijack is married to Lisa Bell, and they have three daughters Kaylee, Annabeth and Cassie. He enjoys problem solving, skiing, fishing and studying real estate trends in Georgia, Nationally and Globally.
