Bianca Fargnoli

Bianca Fargnoli is a Managing Director for Greystar Investment Management. She is responsible for the asset management of Greystar’s conventional and active adult investments. Her current asset management duties include overseeing and driving strategy on a diverse portfolio of over 35,000 multifamily units across more than fifteen states. Since joining Greystar in 2013, Bianca has led various acquisitions, asset management, operations, and global growth initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining Greystar, Bianca gained development, acquisitions, and asset management experience across asset types at CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Hersha Hospitality Trust. Bianca is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and CREW. She received her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in both Architecture and International Relations from Tufts University.
