Bethany founded Foresite in 2014. For more than ten years she has worked in the commercial real estate industry in various roles including: property management, leasing, and investment sales. In 2013 she was named a Costar Power Broker recognizing her work as one of the top ten investment sales brokers in San Antonio while working at Marcus & Millichap. In addition to her investment sales work, Bethany has worked with a variety of national, local tenants and government tenants and has managed office and retail properties for her clients. Bethany graduated from UTSA with honors with a BBA double majoring in Finance and International Business and later graduated from Texas A&M San Antonio with a MBA with a concentration in Finance. She is a member of ICSC and is fluent in Spanish
