A licensed broker with a decade of experience in the Central New Jersey marketplace, Beth has represented domestic and international clients such as Bank of America, Bosch Thermador, QDX Pathology, Gertrude Hawk, The Kaplan Companies, and many private individuals, non-profits, and mid-market entrepreneurial firms in the implementation of various requirements throughout the state of New Jersey. A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and former international banker, Beth has dealt with Fortune 500 companies, money center and regional banks, governments, and pension funds as a commercial lender, trading advisor, and investment manager. Subsequently, she founded and co-owned an organic meat and poultry wholesaler and specialty foods company. This experience has led to a deep understanding of economic issues, the range of real estate needs in diverse types of companies, and the various organizational approaches to office, retail, industrial real estate decision making. Beth enjoys the challenge of working with early growth stage manufacturers, health care professionals, and investors in site analysis, lease negotiation, adaptive re-use of office and warehouse buildings, assistance with finance and economic incentives, and rationalization of portfolios of commercial properties and land holdings.
