Beth Bagley

Beth Bagley joined Newmark Knight Frank in October 2014 and currently serves as Senior Executive Assistant for the Houston Investment and Industrial Services Group. As a licensed commercial real estate consultant with a professional background in the residential industry and extensive experience working for architectural, engineering and construction firms, Ms. Bagley is a valuable source of transactional expertise and market knowledge. In addition to producing best-in-class client deliverables, Ms. Bagley facilitates a wide array of advisory services for the Houston Investment and Industrial Services Group pertaining to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing advisory, portfolio advisory, space utilization and strategic planning. In a dedicated capacity, Ms. Bagley supports Rob Stillwell, Executive Managing Director in the sale and leasing of warehouse and distribution facilities, manufacturing plants, land and special-use properties. In the years Ms. Bagley has singlehandedly supported the Houston Investment and Industrial Services Group, the team has closed sales transactions in the excess of $100 million and lease transactions in the excess of 1.4 million square feet. Ms. Bagley’s real estate advisory services are tailored by a genuine eagerness to understand each client’s unique facility requirements in order to contribute meaningfully towards the development of customized business opportunities and solutions. Ms. Bagley attended the University of Southern Mississippi before moving to Texas in 1995. She attended the Center for Advanced Legal Studies in 1996, receiving her Associates degree in 1997. Afterwards, Ms. Bagley attended Leonard Hawes School of Real Estate before earning her license in 2001. She launched her real estate career with Coldwell Banker United in Bellaire, Texas. Ms. Bagley lives with her husband J and teenage daughters in Missouri City.
