Bert de Alejo

Bert de Alejo is a third-generation professional real estate investor and operator focused on multi-family and industrial properties with over twenty years of experience. Starting his career in single family development, he worked on the construction of master planned communities throughout the country. As a partner in a Florida based real estate investment firm for ten years, he directly oversaw the renovation and operation of 18,000+ multi-family units and led the transactions of multi-family properties in excess of $1.5 billion. Bert graduated from Georgetown University, has an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida, and is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker in the State of Florida. He lives with his family in his hometown of Tampa, Florida.
