ABOUT
Prior to joining Avenue Living, Mr. Streeper led a property and asset management team that was responsible for a multi-family portfolio worth in excess of $250 million. In addition, he was a part of several new multi-family developments where he not only consulted on the design and operating budget, but also managed the new asset from lease-up through to stabilization. As a former development/project manager, he has also been involved with several new real estate projects ranging in value from $1 million to $50 million.
