After 15 years in the Irish Guards, in which he attained the rank of Major after Officers Training at Sandhurst, Bernard has spent since 1991 in the Real Estate business, where his wide experience includes working in overseas markets such as Spain and Portugal. His roles have included: Sales Director, Commercial Director, and Joint Managing Partner in different Property Development Companies, and he has been responsible for launching a successful new Property Company in 2008, as well as leading commercial activities, managing property portfolios, developing business models, and designing innovative sales and marketing techniques.
