Benjamin Yim specializes in industrial landlord representation for owners on leasing strategy, tenant sourcing, and negotiations across Metro Atlanta. He also advises foreign-based companies expanding/entering the United States, with particular experience supporting Asian companies in site selection, lease negotiations, and long-term real estate planning. Prior to industrial real estate, Benjamin began his career in consulting at Deloitte in 2008, advising clients across manufacturing, food and beverage, automotive, and financial services. Benjamin holds a degree from the George Washington University School of Business.
