Benjamin Tedder

Benjamin Tedder joined CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services in 2002, and has over ten years of commercial appraisal experience. Since joining CBRE, he has completed well over 500 appraisal reports covering all major commercial property classes, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, subdivisions and a variety of special purpose properties. He specializes in the appraisal and feasibility studies of multi-family communities ranging from smaller properties valued under $1 million in rural markets to institutional quality assets valued in excess of $50 million in primary markets. Current clients include financial institutions, developers, REITS, along with individual and corporate property owners. Mr. Tedder is a North Carolina native and a graduate of Appalachian State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Real Estate. Mr. Tedder is currently a Designated Member (MAI) of the Appraisal Institute and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
