Throughout his career in real estate, Ben has worked on over $4 billion worth of multifamily, student housing, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use real estate. Ben has received awards and distinctions from real estate organizations, such as CoStar, NAIOP, Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Crexi, and Marcus & Millichap.
