Ben joined Lee & Associates in February 2022 as a Principal. Ben represents owners and users of retail, office, and investment properties throughout the Omaha metro area. He is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with 15+ years of real estate experience representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords on implementing a real estate strategy for both dispositions/acquisitions and company relocations. Ben has been part of strategic planning for national retailers throughout the Omaha Metro Area and has been a part of more than $100 million in real estate transactions. Ben actively serves the community through St. Stephen the Martyr, Millard United Sports and has been an active member of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) since 2009.
