Benjamin Myerow

Benjamin Myerow is an Investment Associate specializing in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties in Upper Manhattan and The Bronx for the New York Multifamily Team. Ben joined Marcus & Millichap after obtaining his degree from Tulane University. While there, he majored in Legal Studies and minored in Real Estate and Business Management. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL, Ben co-founded the Sunshine Gameday initiative, which aimed to give back to the community by organizing charitable events at sporting events. Ben's other experiences include serving as a Land Acquisition Associate at Southern Waters Capital and as a Licensing Advisor at Negosh. His passions outside of Real Estate include traveling, boating, attending sporting events/concerts, and collecting.
