Benjamin Halpern

Benjamin Halpern has been a leasing associate with NetCo Investments Inc. since May 2025. Prior to joining NetCo, Ben was an investment sales advisor with Bennett Realty & Development. During that time, Ben focused on the sale and acquisition of single tenant net lease as well as multi-tenant retail properties. Ben is a graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where Ben dual majored in Finance and Real Estate. Ben enjoys playing chess, golfing, fishing and spending quality time with friends and family when not working.
