Benjamin Gallant

Ben Gallant is responsible for managing financial aspects of IRG’s investments, assisting in the acquisition, development, and financing of real estate projects and providing asset management services. Prior to IRG, Mr. Gallant originated structured finance products on behalf of Centennial Bank’s Commercial Finance Group. Mr. Gallant worked in capital markets as an analyst at HFF and in asset management for QIC managing over 10 million square feet of malls across the United States. He has been involved in over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions over the past 10 years.
