Benjamin Edell

Benjamin Edell joined Eller Capital in 2014 as District Operations Manager, primarily to oversee the overall operations of an existing portfolio of assets in Chapel Hill, NC. His role within Eller Capital has grown with the company and now oversees operations for all Eller assets. In addition to ordinary management responsibilities, Mr. Edell is responsible for the coordination of major construction and renovation projects into the business of operating each of the communities. Mr. Edell has twenty years of property management experience. Prior to joining Eller Residential, Mr. Edell spent ten years with Riverstone Residential, managing four institutional quality communities with an aggregate value of approximately $150 million.
