Benjamin Dreszer

Benjamin entered the real estate industry in 2006 as a Development Associate with Cencor Realty. While at Cencor, Benjamin worked in retail center development, asset management, property management and limited brokerage. Benjamin joined Fulcrum Development in 2012 and focuses on project due diligence, entitlements, design, construction oversight and control. Benjamin is a graduate of University of Texas at San Antonio with an MBA and a BA in Economics. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Board Member of the JCC in San Antonio.
