Benjamin Derbes

Benjamin Derbes “Ben” has been associated with Max J. Derbes, Inc. since June of 2000 specializing in the Brokerage of Industrial and Office properties in the New Orleans Metro area. Ben is a fourth generation Real Estate professional that has found his passion in assisting clients achieve their goals for the successful acquisition and disposition of their commercial real estate interests. He has represented clients that range from international corporations, such as Dupont Performance Elastomers and Acme Brick to start up sole proprietorships looking for their first location. During his career with Max J. Derbes, Inc., Ben has consistently been awarded the NOMAR- CID achievement award as well as being awarded the top Industrial lease in 2009 and 2010. He has served on the NOMAR – CID board of directors and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and their two children Mia and Max. He is a member of Church of the King and enjoys golf, soccer, tennis, and fishing.
